 We apply a behavioural approach to shifting energy consumer behaviour. The laws of human decision-making are very different both from the laws of physics, and the laws of supply and demand. The behaviour of consumers is not the behaviour of machines, materials and markets.  

We show you how and why energy consumers often fail to select the option that is (objectively) in their own best interests, or fail to make use of their selection in ways that maximise the utility they can derive from it, or avoid making any decision among the alternatives at all ('status quo bias’). 

Our core service is the design and testing of behavioural 'interventions'. These interventions are based on key principles of psychology and behavioural economics. We embed these subtle behavioural interventions in your regular business processes and campaigns, where they shift the behaviour of your consumers to bring about desired outcomes critical to your success.
